So, what will I be doing?
Reporting to the Director of People and working within a fast-paced environment, you will provide a high-quality onboarding and HR systems support to new starters, People Team colleagues and the wider organisation.
The role itself has multiple aspects, therefore, it is essential you have the ability to flex and adapt to ever changing work priorities. As an example, you will be supporting in the following areas:
Recruitment & Onboarding - Supporting the People Attraction team, you will provide a high-quality onboarding service to new all recruits. This will include, but not limited to
HR Systems - You will be our HR systems subject matter (SME) becoming a “Super-User” on a number of our inhouse systems and programmes (listed above). Assisting the Director of People, you will produce management information as requested related to people activities (training, headcount etc).
HR Compliance – We must ensure that we fulfil our legal requirements, complying with employment legislation, as an example. You will be tasked to ensure we record new starter Right to Work inline with our policies, which will also include driving licence checks via fleet management provider where required.
